Two people were taken to hospital after a crash involving a car and a red tricycle in Thingwall on Sunday afternoon.
As reported by the Liverpool Echo, emergency services were called to Barnston Road just after 3:10 pm on Sunday after the collision was reported. Merseyside Police attended the scene along with paramedics.
A woman and a man were treated at the scene for minor injuries and taken to hospital. A police scene was put in place while the vehicle was removed from the area.
A statement by Merseyside Police read: "Just after 3:10 pm on Sunday 6 September we received a report of a collision involving a red tricycle and another vehicle on Barnston Road in Thingwall. A man and a woman were taken to hospital with minor injuries. A police scene was in place whilst the vehicle was removed from the area."
