A 26-year-old man has been sentenced after intentionally exposing his genitals in public.
As reported by the Wirral Globe, Ethan Kearney appeared at Wirral Magistrates Court on 21 October for sentencing after earlier pleading guilty to an offence of exposure.
Court documents detailed an incident on April 9 on the Wirral where Kearney intentionally exposed his genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress.
Kearney, of Farmfield Drive, Beechwood, was made the subject of a year-long community order and fined £80.
He was also ordered to pay £85 costs and a £114 victim surcharge.
