Tranmere Rovers has announced a Birkenhead-based sponsor for the front of the players' shirts.
Sure Solutions is the club's new Front of Shirt Partner, as reported by Birkenhead News.
The industrial refrigeration business will have its logo proudly plastered on the men's first team kits.
The business, founded by Garry and Amy Shaw in 2016, is an award-winning business. Alongside the coveted sponsorship, the business is also celebrating a decade of operations this year. The proud Wirral roots of the business have grown in its sector, and they now have 76 employees as well as national clients.
Previous sponsors of Tranmere include:
Essar (2019-2026) - Energy and Stanlow manufacturing complex.
B&M Wasting Services (2017-2019) - A local waste management service company based in Bromborough and covers Cheshire and Merseyside.
Home Bargains (2013-2016) - Liverpool-based discount retailer with stores all over the country.
Managing Director Garry Shaw said the partnership was about more than sponsorship. "Being a Wirral-based business, Tranmere Rovers has always been close to our hearts," he said. "This partnership is about supporting our local community and giving something back to an area that has played such an important role in our journey."
He continued, "Many members of the Sure team are fans, so this is a proud and meaningful moment for us all. We believe in investing in the communities we're part of, and working closely with Tranmere Rovers allows us to do exactly that."
Chairman Mark Palios welcomed the new partnership. "As a Birkenhead-based business with national reach, Sure Solutions are a fantastic example of a local company that has grown through ambition, innovation and strong values," he said.
"Their journey over the last ten years is something Wirral can be proud of, and we are pleased to have them represented on the front of our shirts. Garry, Amy and the Sure team have a genuine connection to Tranmere Rovers and to the wider community, and that makes this a natural fit for the club."
The men's first team home shirt will be available to purchase from The Club Store and online from July, with away and third kit launch details to follow. Stay tuned!
