Wirral Council is inviting residents and those in the community to participate in a major public consultation on the borough's voting arrangements.
According to Birkenhead News, the consultation will run until 18 September. Voters are being asked for their views on where they cast their vote.
In particular, the council wants to receive comments and suggestions from those with knowledge or experience of accessibility and the specific needs of voters with disabilities.
People who think existing polling locations are unsuitable are encouraged to suggest alternative venues for voters.
In addition to consulting the public, the council will also seek views from local political parties, councillors, MPs and the Acting Returning Officer.
Those looking to find out where the polling districts and places are can find the information on Wirral Council's Have Your Say website portal. Information can also be obtained from the Electoral Services team.
