A well-known steakhouse has opened its third venue in two years as the independent business continues its rapid expansion across the borough.

As reported by the Wirral Globe, the Blind Cow opened its third site in Oxton Village last weekend.

The business began only two years ago, with its Bebington venue, opening in 2024. The venue has established itself as a staple café in Bebington, so it focused on expansion. They also opened another store, a takeaway in Pensby in June 2026. The second location has also upheld The Blind Cow's reputation, with a 4.3 star rating on Google.

Blind Cow officially opened its new site in Oxton Village on Saturday 5 October and is now taking bookings.

The success is in the traditional dishes, as The Blind Cow serves traditional full English breakfasts, sandwiches, and brunch dishes.

However, the Blind Cow still has some relevancy to the 'cow' in its name, as the Oxton location becomes a steakhouse in the evening from Wednesday to Saturday.

Opening times for the new venue are as follows:

  • 8am to 3.30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Sundays

  • 8am to 8.30pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Bookings can be made through TableAgent.
