A new waterfront sports bar is opening in New Brighton tomorrow, in time for England's late-night match against Mexico on Monday.
According to the Wirral Globe, Breakers Sports Bar will be open from 5 pm tomorrow, just above the arcade and fair on the promenade. The prime spot offers views out to the beach and over Fort Perch Rock.
As you can probably guess, the bar will offer live sports, darts, and pool. They'll also offer beers and hot drinks. Many residents have welcomed the new establishment, wishing it luck on social media.
Management of the bar said on social media: "Drop by and say hello! We are right on the waterfront above the arcade and fair. We look forward to seeing you!"
If anyone is wondering, the venue is child-friendly, so anyone out on a family dog walk can pop in seven days a week from 12 pm to 1 am on weekdays, and 2 am on Fridays and Saturdays for a pint or a cool down.
