A lifebuoy-shaped bin has been installed on New Brighton's waterfront to help tackle plastic pollution and protect marine life.
As reported by the Wirral Globe, the brightly coloured bin, on the promenade, is designed for plastic bottles and features the slogan.

Wirral Council worked with the GreenSeas Trust to install the bin. It's the 27th BinForGreenSeas unit to be placed in coastal areas across the UK.
The bin was revealed by the Mayor of Wirral, Councillor Mary Jordan, and the charity's founder Fazilette Khan earlier this week.
Councillor Max Booth, chair of Wirral Council's environment, climate emergency and transport committee, said in a statement: "Having the bin in this prominent and popular seaside location serves as a visual reminder to residents and visitors that leaving their plastic waste behind on the beach to potentially be washed up by the tides and taken out to sea can have disastrous consequences for marine life."
He added, "We are grateful to the charity for donating this equipment."
GreenSeas Trust founder said they hope the bin will "inspire residents and visitors alike to think differently about plastic and recycle more often".
