Vue Birkenhead is encouraging families to come down to the cinema this summer with a programme of family-friendly films and activities throughout the summer.
The cinema has already been celebrating the 50th anniversary of the animation studio Aardman, the creators of Wallace and Gromit.
Alongside family-friendly flicks, the cinema has launched a Summer Family Passport Book, allowing children to collect a stamp every time they watch one of the season's family releases, as reported by the Wirral Globe.
Anyone who shares photos of their completed passport on a dedicated Vue Facebook post will also be entered into a prize draw to win a £25 Vue gift card.
New releases are all over the cinema this summer for families, such as Toy Story 5, Minions & Monsters, the new live-action Moana, Spider-Man: Brand New Day, and Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie.
Tony Bywood, general manager at Vue Birkenhead, said: "As we head into the school holidays, there's something for everyone to enjoy at Vue.
"From live-action reimaginings to animated adventures, it's the perfect destination for families to escape, unwind and get lost in great stories on the big screen."
Discounted children's tickets are available as part of its Great British Summer Savings promotion for children aged 14 and under.
Families can also take advantage of Mighty Mornings screenings, with tickets from £2.49 when booked online. The programme includes films aimed at children aged four to 11, such as The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, The Magic Faraway Tree and The Sheep Detectives.
Big Shorts screenings for children aged one to four provide chilled-out cinema screenings, with films like Talking Tom Superheroes: Suddenly Super.
