Beer lovers are being encouraged to indulge again at Future Yard in the centre of town at the end of the month as the Birkenhead Craft Beer Festival will return, as reported by Birkenhead News.

The festival will take place across Future Yard's indoor spaces from Friday 31 July to Saturday 1 August 2026. 20 taps serving a wide range of craft beers and ciders will be present.

Visitors can even sample drinks from many breweries - hopefully for free - with pop stalls from: Northern Monk, Wild Horse, Neptune Brewery, Zapato and Azvex.

Of course, aside from drinks, the event will have DJs spinning throughout the day, record fairs and food.

Tickets are priced at £8 per person, per session. Admission includes a branded festival glass and a complimentary half-pint on arrival. Group discounts are also available. Group tickets can also be bought, with six people costing £42, eight costing £56, and ten costing £65.

While organisers note that the Saturday daytime session is typically the most family-friendly, the event is not being promoted as a family festival.

The Friday evening session runs from 5 pm to 10:30 pm.

Saturday is split into a daytime session from 12 pm to 5 pm and an evening session from 5:30 pm to 11 pm.

Further information and tickets are available from Future Yard.
