Thousands of people are expected to take part in the annual Wirral Walk charity event this Sunday.
The walk, which is organised by the Rotary Club, is aiming to raise more than £300,000 for good causes this year.
One of the charities involved is The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundations, which is appealing for 122 people to join its team to represent the number of people who are diagnosed with lung cancer every day in the UK.

The event takes place on Sunday 12th June 2016 from Seacombe Ferry to Thurstaston, passing through Hoylake, West Kirby and Caldy. More than 3000 people took part in last year's event.
The walk is a total of 15 miles, and there are interim completion points at four and ten miles so all abilities can take part.
The registrations fee is £5 per adult and £1 per child (10 and under). This is paid to the rotary club of North Wirral, who distribute the fees to local and national charities. We are asking for participant to raise a minimum of £25 through sponsorship and 100% of the money will go directly to Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation.
