Global media company buys channel from West Kirby YouTube entrepreneurs

Global entertainment company Moonbug has bought Toddler Fun Learning - the smash hit YouTube channel set up by a West Kirby couple.

Amalie and Christian Hughes set up Toddler Fun Learning, which provides educational videos for young children, and has almost 0.5 million subscribers across the globe.

The channel’s star show is Gecko's Garage, which has been viewed for more than 1 billion minutes - and has even featured an episode set at Hoylake Lifeboat Station.

Toddler Fun Learning joins Moonbug’s other hit kids show Little Baby Bum, which is one of the largest preschool channels in the world.
