A car crashed into a lamppost outside The Grange pub in Moreton yesterday evening.
Police received reports just before 6 pm that a vehicle had collided with a lamppost outside the pub.
As reported by the Wirral Globe, pictures from the site show a blue-green Nissan Micra pulled up in front of the pub with significant damage to its front left side and a crumpled bonnet.
Thankfully, there were no injuries reported, and police confirmed there was only damage to the car.
It isn't clear if CCTV captured the incident, but photos of the damaged car were taken that indicate a fairly bad collision.
We're thankful nobody in the car or in the pub was hurt.
