A man has been charged in connection with a burglary at a home in Tranmere in which tools were stolen.
The break-in occurred around 9:15 am on 18 August at a property on Raffles Road. Following enquiries, a man was arrested.
Daniel New, 36, of Woodchurch Road, has been charged with burglary dwelling. He appeared at Wirral Adult Remand Court today.
Detective Inspector Kevin O'Rourke said in a statement: "Although a man has been charged, our investigation remains ongoing. If you live in the area and saw, heard or captured anything, please come forward with reference 26000676051, and we will take appropriate action."
