West Kirby hit-and-run latest: teenager remains "critical but stable"
The 16 year-old boy who suffered serious head injuries in a hit and run accident in West Kirby on Friday night remains in a “critical but stable” condition in hospital, police said today. The young pedestrian was struck by a car near the Wro bar and restaurant in Grange
