A vape shop in West Kirby has been shut by trading standards and police.
Officials attended the premises on Wednesday placed a closure notice on the premises ahead of a hearing at Wirral Magistrates Court yesterday.
It has been shut down for three months due to the sale of counterfeit goods including cigarettes and vapes.
A notice on the shutters states that it has been closed for "disorderly, offensive or criminal behaviour" and that the use of the premises has resulted in "serious nuisance to members of the public".
It will not be allowed to reopen until 20 June at the earliest.
