Table of Contents
Scores of artists will be playing the West Kirby Live music festival on Saturday 5 September.
A total of nine venues are taking part in the event which will start at 2pm and go on until late.
It is raising money for Action against CCS, the campaign opposing the Peak Cluster CO2 pipeline which is proposed to run through Wirral.
The venues taking part are:
The Wro
The Tap
The White Lion
The Black Lodge
Wild Inn
Slinky's
Monty's
Tanskey's (starts at 12 midday)
West Kirby Football Club (starts at 12 midday)
Organiser Tom Longman said: "We've got loads of great solos and duos, bands [and] we've got original acts and covers - so there's something for everyone.
"Coming to the festival, supporting local acts, visiting the bars and giving some donations and buying some raffle prizes is all going to raise more money for the fight against Peak Cluster."
There will be free entry at all venues, raffle prize, stalls as well as activities for children at West Kirby Football Club.
For the first time, a minibus will be running between all venues.
