A New Brighton man has been charged with attempted rape after a woman reported being sexually assaulted at a massage business in Liverpool.
As reported by Birkenhead News, Craig Watson, 39, of Dudley Road in New Brighton, was arrested after Merseyside Police received a report at around 5 pm on Thursday 30 July that a man had sexually assaulted a woman at the premises.
Watson left the business shortly after the alleged incident but was later found. He was arrested by officers at an address in Liverpool.
He was charged on Friday 31 July with attempted rape and breaching a risk of sexual harm order. Watson has been remanded into custody and will appear at Liverpool Crown Court on Tuesday 1 September.
