Hoylake and Meols face traffic delays as water mains are cleaned

Drivers in Hoylake and Meols face delays next week thanks to planned water mains cleaning works at three different sites on Birkenhead Road and Market Street. Temporary traffic lights will be in operation, and Wirral council is forecasting that “slight” delays will be caused, as workmen air-scour the mains.
